Estate Planning Secrets dispelled by 'Emergency Estate Planning Documents' creator; Myth 2

Dear Friend,
10:37 am

Imagine this: you walk into an attorney's office and he says to you

"well, Mrs. Smith there's not much we can do for you
since your Husband has already passed away and it's impossible to plan after
one's death. but I'd be happy to probate your husband's estate and charge
you $22,377 to do that."

Now, we all know that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Here are the 3 greatest myths about Estate Planning:

2) Myth 2: ALL estate plans are the same, right? WRONG, this is the farthest from the truth. Many of my colleagues (unfortunately to the detriment of family's out there) participate in this urban legend. If you listen to my audio file where I state what we do to provide the flexible planning options to each and every unique family, you will see that every family, LIKE DNA, are not the same. Family's out there have to know that they shouldn't be just a name and a box. They should know that their estate planning attorney has invested the time, energy, and techniques to HELP, not hinder the client's goals, values and aspirations. One example is how little 98% of my estate planning colleagues provide by way of planning for family's with kids under age of 12...
